Severe weather Hits UK
Air, Road and Sea have all been victims to the snow storm that hit the UK at the weekend when on average 5-10cm of snow hit most of England during 24 hours on Saturday.
Heathrow cancelled half of it flights even after it stopped snowing, the disruption affected as many as 650 flights with the cancellations expected to create backlogs today.
The weather has also caused loading problems at some ports causing short shipments and of course will affect driving conditions today. The Woodland fleet is out in full today, collecting and delivering as usual but there may be delays as they battle through the icy conditions.
